Python Developer
Job location: Durham, NC
Responsibilities:
- Work across a variety of middle tier messaging caching and database technologies including: Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL and PL/SQL.
- Utilize deep understanding of different package managers and test frameworks.
- Apply experience in some of the following technologies: continuous integration delivery tools such as GIT, Cloudbees, Jenkins, uDeploy or Pivotal Concourse.
- Containerization web containers and test automation.
Required Skills:
- 9 years of experience in coding on Java/Python.
- Knowledge of middleware Java stack messaging technologies.
- Knowledge in python web frameworks like Flask Django is a plus.
- Fluency in formal language design concepts like, type systems, is a plus.
- Experience with quant research processes methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience in Python programming and familiarity with core data science libraries.
