One of Australia’s leading Federal Government Departments is looking to engage multiple skilled and experienced Python Developers to interpret specifications and technical designs to build, maintain and modify code. Construct technical specifications from a business functional model, write and execute tests.
As the successful candidate you will secure a long term contract with extension options - Those who hold a Federal Government Security Clearance are encouraged to apply!
The successful Python Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Design, build, integrate and document software capability that meets business requirements.
- Support, maintain and enhance existing software ensuring application availability.
- Conduct quality and security of software through appropriate testing and review.
- Engage with business and product owners to clarify and fully develop user requirements using agile development methods.
The successful Python Developer will have experience in the following:
- Extensive design, build and deploy experience with Python.
- Minimum 10 years of Software development experience
- Experience in design, build, integration and document software capability that meets business requirements.
- Experience in engaging with business and product owners to clarify & fully develop user requirements using agile development methods.
