About the role
The role entails providing technical expertise in designing, architecting, and developing automation solutions to facilitate the execution of intricate network projects and endeavors. As a Service Engineer, you will spearhead the configuration of automation and orchestration platforms. Your duties include crafting code test cases, orchestrating testing activities, and facilitating code deployment across platforms.
Essential Criteria
- Strong experience in Python programming and software engineering (SDLC).
- Experience in design and architecting of Automation and Orchestration toolsets such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible, AWX and Vmware.
- Experience in network engineering and automation.
- Experience in Cisco Automation tools and testing framework such as DevNet, pyATS.
- Experience in Data Dashboarding and Visualizations such as Elastic Search, Kibana and PowerBI.
- Understanding of Linux operating system.
- Experience in devops and SRE practices.
- Expert in Linux, Docker Containers, Kubernetes and Microservices.
- Experience using DevOps and Agile methodology for continuous improvement.
- Experienced on Terraform, Ansible, Hashicorp, MongoDB, SQL, Kafka, Elastic Search, Splunk is nice to have.
- Operation knowledge of Cisco Routers/Switches or Juniper SRX firewalls & Checkpoint firewalls is nice to have.
