Redcare Pharmacy is a leading pharmaceutical provider dedicated to leveraging technology to enhance patient care and accessibility. As part of our commitment to innovation, we are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our Software Engineering Team. Our team is currently focused on building a pharmaceutical chatbot using the Rasa framework, Python, Node.js, and TypeScript. Additionally, we utilize a microservice infrastructure hosted on cloud platforms. As we expand our AI projects, we are looking for individuals passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to contribute to our innovative initiatives.
Backend Engineer Role
As a Backend Engineer (m/f/d) in the Chatbot Team, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining backend systems critical to the success of our pharmaceutical chatbot and other AI projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient solutions, leveraging your expertise in Python, Node.js, TypeScript, and microservice infrastructure. Your knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) will be essential in optimizing the functionality of our chatbot. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our AI capabilities and the development of new features.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for the pharmaceutical chatbot using Python, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Utilize your understanding of NLP to enhance the natural language processing capabilities of the chatbot.
- Implement microservice architecture and ensure seamless integration of backend components within the cloud infrastructure.
- Contribute to the deployment and management of services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Actively participate in AI projects, contributing ideas and insights to further enhance our AI capabilities.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong Proficiency In Python And Node.js, With Experience In Backend Development And Microservice Architecture.
- Knowledge Of TypeScript And Experience In Building Scalable And Efficient Backend Systems.
- Familiarity With NLP Concepts And Experience Working With Frameworks Like Rasa.
- Experience With Cloud Infrastructure And Containerization Technologies, Including Docker And Kubernetes.
