About the Position

Responsibilities

  • Lead Exciting Projects: Take the helm on diverse projects of increasing complexity, leaving your mark on our shared codebase.
  • Foster Collaboration: Engage in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and drive innovation alongside our talented team.
  • Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and address challenges, ensuring smooth sailing.
  • Drive Platform Improvements: Champion enhancements to our platform, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • User-Centric Approach: Work closely with stakeholders and users to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Cultivate a culture of learning by sharing insights into new tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience and Expertise: A minimum of 3 years' experience and mastery of Python, with additional languages, considered a bonus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of software engineering principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Proven track record in developing production systems and solving complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills and a knack for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Innovative Mindset: Ability to design and implement solutions for medium to large-scale problems, following industry best practices.
  • Machine Learning: you have experience with Machine Learning models.

Additional Information

This full-time position requires residency in the Netherlands or Switzerland, a valid work permit, and proximity to our offices in Amsterdam or Zürich.
