As our Senior Software Engineer, you will be joining a development team with software engineers, a solution consultant, a Scrum master, and a product owner. As a team, we are making the transition from outsourcing our IT to creating our own IT. You will be translating complex business processes, into practical software applications. Our applications are built with TypeScript, Python and with Serverless AWS infrastructure CI/CD in a microservices architecture. You are most welcome to think with your team about the use of new technologies, product improvements and the software architecture. All modern technologies and our whole engineering community are here to support you. You will work together with allying platforms, peers, and colleagues in the consumer domain. Moreover, you will be part of the PostNL engineering community in which we share "best practices" and innovations in our company.

You will be joining Consumer Core Services team. This team is a central component of the interaction with all our consumers. We work on mission critical services that have a direct impact on the consumer, such as a personalization engine that serves the most fitting content to a consumer. Moreover, we are creating an open-source engineering community in which we share "best practices" and innovations in the logistics domain. This young and eager team consists of multiple software developers, a solution consultant, a Scrum master, and a product owner. As a team, we are making the transition from outsourcing our IT to creating our own IT and with multiple nationalities in the team the common spoken language is English. Ik zou het teamgedeelte weghalen, omdat het anders herhaalt wat erboven ook al staat.

Wat wij bieden
- Salary between €4.280 and €7.050 gross per month (scale 11/12) for 37 hours per week.
