ADP is hiring a Senior Lead Developer (Python/GenAI/ML)

Role Overview
At ADP, we always put our clients first and our approach to GenAI is no different. In this role, you will work within a Data Science & ML Engineering scrum team to build AI/ML engines & pipelines that stitch together the end-to-end customer journey, uncovering buying patterns and identifying the next best action. You will work on an extremely large data set that spans across several types of customer personas, internal associate roles, and business rules/policies.
Technical Skills Needed
To thrive in this career, you will need to be an expert in Python with a strong portfolio of previous projects. You will also need in-depth understanding of Python software development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks, and tools such as Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, sci-kit-learn, and PyTorch. You will need to be familiar with RESTful APIs and open-source standards such as Open API and OAuth/OpenID connect. Experience with distributed spark/data platforms like Databricks is also required.

- 8-12 years of relevant experience
Qualifications and Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge and prior experience in SQL
- Experience with building cross-application integrations using RESTful APIs, OpenAPI, OAuth & OpenID Connect
- Nice to have: Experience with Tableau or other visualization

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. The compensation for this role is $86900 - $233010 / Year. You can apply at tech.adp.com/careers.
