Job Title: Technical Lead - AWS, Python, PostgreSQL, Angular (7-10 years’ experience)

Job Summary: Quinnox is seeking a proficient Technical Lead with expertise in AWS cloud services, Python programming, PostgreSQL database management, and Angular web development. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications, while providing technical leadership and guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:

  - Lead and inspire the development team by setting technical direction and standards.

  - Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

• Application Development:

  - Design, develop, and maintain software applications, services, and APIs using Python.

  - Ensure adherence to best practices, design patterns, and microservices architecture.

• AWS Cloud Mastery:

  - Drive AWS cloud architecture decisions and oversee deployment of cloud-native applications.

  - Architect and manage serverless solutions with AWS Lambda and orchestrate infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation.

• Database Wizardry:

  - Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases to guarantee data integrity and performance.

  - Develop complex database schemas, fine-tune queries, and apply advanced indexing strategies.

• Angular Brilliance:

  - Lead front-end development using Angular to craft responsive and user-friendly web applications.

  - Uphold high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability.

• Integration and DevOps Mastery:

  - Integrate third-party services and APIs, and establish CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

  - Use tools like Jenkins, Travis CI for DevOps excellence.

• Security and Compliance Enchantment:

  - Implement robust security measures using AWS IAM, WAF, and other security services.

  - Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.

• Documentation Mastery:

  - Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, system specifications, and code documentation.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• A proven track record as a Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience in AWS, Python, PostgreSQL, and Angular.

• Mastery of Python programming and expertise in Python frameworks such as Django and Flask.

• Deep knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and ECS.

• Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) and Angular certifications are highly regarded.
