• Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice is designed for impact, serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions.
• The GPS Analytics and Cognitive (A&C) offering develops advanced analytics products and applies data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data to advance key mission outcomes for clients.
• The team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from identifying key business questions to delivering insights to decision-makers.

Opportunities

The Developer will work as part of a cross-functional agile team to launch innovative AI-driven Data and Analytics products for Public Sector clients. They will collaborate with a team of full-stack engineers to design and develop software products, leveraging modern Python programming languages, threading, and packages.

Requirements

• 4+ years professional experience in Python development
• 4+ years professional experience in Python threading
• 4+ years professional experience in Python packages
• 4+ years professional experience in design patterns and mockups

Qualifications

• Must have active Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI level clearance
• Must live in, or be willing to relocate to, the DC metro area
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior AI related experiences
• Prior socket programming experiences
• Strong knowledge of best practices
• Experience implementing wireframes with flexible, well-structured code
