Senior Python Developer for Automotive Industry

Role Overview

As a Senior Back-End Developer, your primary responsibilities will be:

• Designing and developing scalable back-end systems for Client AI Products
• Collaborating with Front-end Developers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Scientists, and other team members
• Writing and testing product development code
• Participating in, or leading design reviews with team and stakeholders
• Reviewing code and providing constructive feedback to ensure best practices
• Writing and reviewing technical documents

Required Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Experience with Python, frameworks (Django or Flask) and building RESTful API
• Practical knowledge of AWS and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in software design and architecture
• Experience starting projects from scratch, and production delivery in current or previous projects

Additionally, familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, knowledge of gRPC and protobuf, and experience working with large data sets will be an asset.
