Digital Technology Center Expansion
As part of this strategy, Commerzbank is expanding its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. The teams here are focused on development, improvement and support of software solutions which digitalize the business of the bank.
Senior Python Developer Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Python Developer in our CI/CD CHAMP team. The team is part of the CICD cluster, but the services will be offered throughout the company. In addition, you might help an internal team, working with AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Taking active part in design and architectural discussions and analyses
- Implementing new requirements and further developing the product / service
- Ensuring that the developed components and the overall framework are robust and easy to maintain
- Helping to coordinate the team activities in an agile team environment
- Being a mentor for young talents
- Working in an agile team setup and participating in alignment meetings
Skills and Experience required:
- High proficiency in Python with best practices
- Deep understanding of different patterns and models
- Professional experience in design and development of REST APIs
- Experience with cloud solutions (OpenShift, Kubernetes, AKS)
- Excellent troubleshooting, logical, and analytical skills
- Fluent English - both written and spoken
- University degree in IT or relevant
