Job Description
- Develop and maintain Python applications.
- Facilitate the advancement of the ALM team’s citizen developer initiative by integrating the ALM’s applications with project templates and environments provided by the ESM’s IT division.
- Design and integrate database architecture.
- Lead the design and implementation of a robust SQL database for ALM that integrates with the ESM's existing data infrastructure.
- Train and support ALM team members on domains, best practices, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Mathematics, Physics, or similar field, and/or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering with Python and SQL in a professional environment.
- Proficient in object-oriented programming and use of software design patterns.
- Proficient in automated testing of Python code and usage of Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas.
- Practical experience with SQL database development, data-mart development, and ETL pipeline development with Python.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
