After a successful MVP launch two months ago, we're now assembling a strong team to transform this vision into a world-class product. Here, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement new features end-to-end, taking full ownership from conception to delivery.
Job Description
Own the most impactful and challenging problems in the business from end to end. Make intelligent and pragmatic technical trade-offs in the service of getting results quickly. Design foundational technical systems from scratch. Write scalable, simple, readable, and well-tested code.
Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python
- A keen sense of the balance between technical complexity, first principles thinking, and implementation cost that best solves the problem at hand
- Learn quickly and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Understand that great engineering is a means to create world-class products for our customers - the customer always comes first
- Are unreasonably ambitious and excited to build something new
- Have a proactive attitude to work and life

- Experience with building recommendational systems
- Experience incorporating Large Language Models into operational and technical workflows
- Experience with Python web tech stack
- Experience with AWS cloud

Instead of handling all the small tasks yourself, our app simplifies meal planning by helping you choose what to eat, what ingredients to buy, and how to use them efficiently. By staying in charge of such routines, the app reduces the root cause of food waste by ensuring you purchase only what you need and use everything you buy. Plus, our easy-to-follow videos make cooking accessible to everyone, regardless of skill level. We aim to help people eat better, with less effort and lower costs.
