For our client, a leading company in its sector (elearning), we are searching for a Senior Python Backend Engineer (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

Development of the learning platform
Always serve colleagues and customers as a sparring partner with subject matter expertise
Leverage cutting-edge web technologies to provide the best possible experience for users learning programming languages and algorithms to become Data Scientists or AI experts
Working with Python-based applications on the larger scale
Willing to share your experience with a team of younger engineers and build-up these best practises together with them.

4y+ experience in software engineering
Good experience with Python as a backend language, experience specifically with the Django framework is a plus
Experience with service-oriented architecture and developing RESTful Services, API-Design and documentation
Experience with quality automation tools, test automation tools such as pytest and CI/CD Pipelines
Experience with team leadership responsibility or technical leadership is a huge plus
Bonus points for experience with DevOps/cloud technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform etc.
B - C-Level German and fluent English
