What You Will Do
- Lead, develop, and attract a team of talented Python engineers
- Execute the competence strategy for Python engineers
- Manage capacity planning for short and long-term competence
- Work with stakeholders to meet changing business needs
- Ensure best practice sharing in the community
Key Responsibilities
- Balance time between line manager and team member
- Contribute to common ways of working across the Software Engineering Chapter
- Secure agile ways of working
