Python Software Engineer

Job Description

• Building Trader tools for a growing FX Options desk
• Collaborate with traders, quants and technologists to drive requirements
• Architect high-performance full-stack solutions to tackle business problems
• Participate and share your expertise during design and code reviews
• Partner with DevOps to ensure that the software delivered is high quality and easy to run in a production environment

Requirements

• A developer proficient in Python and modern web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Asyncio/Aiohttp)
• Experience of RESTful API and WebSocket development
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular)
• Experience with SQL databases such as MS SQL Server/Snowflake
• Knowledge of containerization tools and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is ideal
• Experience in the Financial industry
