- Python Software Engineer (Django)
- £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits
- Nottingham, once per week/fortnight in the office
Fruition IT are currently in partnership with a tech for good start-up in the UK who are building a brand-new product that's going to benefit children across the UK. Ideally, you'll love Software Development and everything around it. This is an opportunity to really take ownership of a new platform and build it from the ground up. Working in a cross-functional team and collaborating with UX, Testers, Product, Devs etc.
What will you be doing?
As a Python Software Engineer, you will be building the platform from scratch utilising cutting edge backend technologies, you'll design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end service components. You will be working within an Agile delivery team utilising the latest tools and tech.
Must Haves:
- Development experience in Python
- Framework of choice - Django (Django REST)
- Any cloud experience (AWS preferred, Azure / GCP are fine too!)
Nice to haves:
- AWS experience - Heroku, RDS, S3, SS/SNS
- Good understanding of Microservice Architecture
- Github, Github Actions
- Client facing / stakeholder management experience
- Greenfield builds / experience working with start-ups
The Offer
- £40,000 - £60,000 dependant on skills & experience

- Hybrid & remote working, once in the office per fortnight
