Specific Responsibilities for Analytics Developer Python

• A key focus will be the development of the existing analytics environment of our customer to explore, develop and orchestrate analytics, including simple rule-based models and machine learning algorithms.
• Take part in an agile environment (SCRUM) as a member of a cross-functional team.
• Build cloud-hosted services considering holistic business requirements and implications along the entire development process.
• Write scalable and maintainable code.
• Ensure quality in every aspect of your work, from writing and maintaining documentation, doing code reviews or testing.
• Collaborate with other teams in an international environment (Spain, Hungary, Germany).
• Proactively support teams with technology expertise and new ideas to optimize the solutions and platforms.

Experience and Skills Required

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience in IT.
• Strong experience with analyzing data sets and doing data analysis using Python.
• Full lifecycle ownership.
• Strong experience with AWS.
• Experience with a Python library (like Pandas).
• Experience with Kubernetes especially in the cloud (EKS).
• Jenkins.
• SageMaker Notebooks (analyze data with frameworks).
• Very good communication skills, the roles involve demonstration of product/solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates need good English written and oral skills.

Advantage

• German skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
