Job Title: Python Developer

Location: Peoria, Il

Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 /hour

Position Overview: As a Python Developer, you will work closely with our cross-functional team of React Web Developers and UI/UX Designers to build and maintain the backend infrastructure of our web applications. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing server-side logic, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Python and related technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implement data storage solutions and ensure high-performance and responsiveness of backend services.
• Collaborate with the development team to define and implement API specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the reliability and efficiency of backend processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in backend development.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.).
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and knowledge of server-side templating languages.
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Skills Desired

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
