Job Summary
We are looking for a fully remote Backend Engineer ($80k - $100k / year) with over 8 years of professional experience. This is a 100% remote role based anywhere in Europe. You will be working alongside the Engineering team helping B2B marketing teams repurpose exploding long-form videos into full-funnel, campaign-ready sales & marketing content. With two repeat founders with exits & funded by top-tier venture firms, we're building the first Enterprise video content automation platform to help marketing teams 10x their content output.
What You’ll Do
We help users centralize marketing tasks such as messaging research, content generation, approvals, audit, lifecycle management, collaboration management, and performance measurement in a single platform. Build modern web applications with scalable infrastructures. Design and implement large-scale data pipelines to train cutting-edge models. Scale up model inference and running predictions at scale. Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production. Develop and prototype retrieval systems, working on a range of tasks including generating useful dense vectors and reranking.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 8 years of professional experience (required)
- Experience working with Python or Golang. C++ or video processing experience is a big advantage.
- Interest in neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
- [Bonus] Experience implementing machine-learning systems (such as query classification, recommendation, embedding-based search, or machine-learned ranking)
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.
