Job Requirements

• Candidate should have:
  • Practical experience in implementing machine learning projects end to end.
  • The ability to clearly explain problems, machine learning solutions, and their effectiveness in addressing issues.
  • Experience with TensorFlow and Kafka (a plus).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning implementation.
  • Independence in work, understanding of bank processes, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
  • Deep understanding of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
  • Ability to write robust code in Python, Java, and R.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like Keras or PyTorch and libraries like scikit-learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
