Client Overview

Our Client is a US-based innovative startup with secured capital from investors. They are the creators of AI Copilot for Financial Operations in logistics, which involves ingesting emails, capturing, structuring, and centralizing payment-related documents. This process automates data entry into TMSs and ERPs while ensuring continuous AI-powered audits of all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in logistics.

Role

• 70% of effort: Backend coding
  • Architectural planning and coding
  • Feature developer
  • Reviewing code/QA
  • Promoting/enforcing benchmarks (unit testing, scalability testing, etc.)
• 20% of effort: Frontend coding
  • ReactJS / MUI
  • Reviewing code/QA
• 10% of effort: Learning
  • Source information on how to perform your job better
  • Find and meet with mentors from the industry
  • Watch tutorials on brand new solutions that may be relevant for us

About You

We are looking for a full stack engineer who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and iterating quickly on the product. The role involves handling an evolving set of problems and requirements that demand innovative solutions. We seek a solutions-thinker who can create MVPs and deliver them to production swiftly.

Key Competences

• Significant understanding and experience in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, ReactJs, Unit testing
• Ability to deliver solutions to high-level problems & requirements, and lead the development and delivery of features
• A systems thinker who can recognize patterns to develop frameworks and solutions for complex needs
• Familiarity with ETL, Queues, and understanding of data ingestion concepts
• 4+ years of work experience
• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers preferred but not required
