The Job
After proving the concept and building the first iteration of the product, the focus is on innovating and scaling up the core solution that made them successful. The job involves:
- Rebuilding the existing product from scratch
- Emphasizing quality, scalability, and clean architecture
- Building a team of talented engineers
The Requirements
An understanding of Python and Django; 2+ years of experience as a software engineer; collaboration experience with a team of 4-5 engineers, and more.
On Your Day-to-day You Will
- Help design, architect, and deploy an improved version of the product
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback
- Participate in daily standups and discussions
- Collaborate with a diverse team
