Job Requirements:

Proactive Communication: Actively communicate and possess good professional ethics, work habits, and team spirit.
English Skills: Proficient in both reading and writing English; basic reading and writing skills are mandatory.
Python Proficiency: Skilled in Python programming language with over 3 years of experience.
AI Project Experience: Experience in engineering projects related to Generative AI / RAG, familiarity with LlamaIndex or Langchain, and preferably have experience in RAG development.
Web Frameworks: Familiarity with common web frameworks, preferably experienced with FastAPI.
Database Knowledge: Proficient in at least one relational database, such as MariaDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Development Tools: Familiar with Git and common development processes, with good coding habits.

Bonus:

Familiarity with container technologies.
Experience with Copilot or other AI coding tools, able to enhance coding efficiency and quality using these tools.
