Equity Derivatives Front Office Python Technical Lead

As a Barclays Equity Derivatives Front Office Python Technical Lead, you will be owning, developing and shipping both regulatory and revenue generating projects. You will also be responsible for improving the existing system and leading a technical team that includes offshore members.

Responsibilities
- Being responsible for providing support and resolving production issues
- Building systems in trading, banking, and financial organizations
- Developing high-quality maintainable code for yourself and the team
- Collaborating globally with other developers and team leads
Requirements
- Extensive experience developing medium to large size Python applications
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of server-side development & multi-threaded code
- Experience of cross-region teams and projects, and with HTTP protocol
Preferred Skills
- Experience of Equity Derivatives/Structured products
- Knowledge of HTTP protocol and web services
