As a Data Analyst, you will be working directly with our systematic alpha research teams to on-board and profile new datasets into the platform and support research projects. As a self-starter, you will manage time effectively across multiple projects and with competing priorities.

YOUR ROLE
Partnering with PMs to gather requirements for and facilitate onboarding of vendor data
Modelling data and creating efficient ingestion processes
Creating and maintaining user-facing documentation on our data products, including FAQs
Assisting PMs through data evaluations
Carrying out completeness checks on historical data and authoring data quality checks to ensure reliability of live data
Enhancing and maintaining data products (platform migrations, version upgrades, ensuring adherence to compliance standards)
IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO
- has 5 years of hands-on experience working with cleaning, analyzing, maintaining datasets
- has a deep understanding of financial markets and instruments
- feels comfortable with using Python to wrangle and analyze data
- gained a solid understanding of time-series data analysis
- is experienced with databases and SQL to wrangle and analyze data

- Experience with datasets used for cash equity research and trading
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
