Our Customer is a leading global provider of cutting-edge payments technology solutions, dedicated to shaping the future of financial transactions worldwide. Position Information

  • We are seeking a talented individual to join the Analytics team, focusing on maintaining the availability and integrity of vulnerability data.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong capability in writing SQL and Python queries to extract data from very large datasets, as well as possessing scripting skills.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of working with large datasets in an enterprise environment and the ability to monitor, report, and advise on data availability issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write complex SQL and Python queries to extract data from extensive datasets efficiently.
  • Maintain the availability and integrity of vulnerability data within the Analytics team.
  • Monitor data availability, report any issues encountered, and recommend remediation actions.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve data analysis objectives.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and precisely to other teams, ensuring understanding across departments.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to write efficient SQL and Python queries for data extraction from large datasets.
  • Experience dealing with very large datasets in an enterprise environment.
  • Scripting skills that support data analysis and manipulation tasks.
  • Experience with Cassandra, Spark, and Airflow is considered an advantage, enhancing the candidate's ability to manage and process large volumes of data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills for conveying technical information.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid work opportunity, requiring attendance at the customer's office in Warsaw twice a week for team relationship-building purposes. Due to the nature of our work in the financial market, candidates will be subject to detailed background screening including education, employment history, and criminal record.
