Our highly regarded IT Services client is delivering mission-critical transformations and services on a global scale. To complete an exciting multi-million dollar project based in Canberra, they are currently interviewing for an experienced and NV1-cleared Back End Python Developer.

As a Back End Python Developer, you will:

• Support the ongoing development and sustainment of a critical platform
• Meet changing support and service expectations
• Build new capabilities or enhancements
• Document technical processes in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
• Work within an AGILE delivery

Skills and Experience Required

• NV1 clearance
• Demonstrated competence with Python, including testing of code
• Contributing to and sustaining a production Python application
• API development experience using Cloud-based solution or COTS products
• Rate limits, throttling and securing the API, and documentation
• Developing and deploying software within a Linux / Unix environment
• Agile methodologies
• Bi-directional knowledge transfer within a team environment
• AWS, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway
• Cyber Security or related domain
• Automation and deployment tools, CI/CD, and test automation
• Azure DevOps

REACT, TypeScript, Javascript, ES6, Typescript, Webpack, and SASS/CSS
