They are currently seeking mid to senior level Software Engineers who share our enthusiasm for crafting outstanding products. They operate a hybrid working policy with 1 day a week in the office and the remaining 4 days from wherever you would like with a stable Wi-Fi connection (Home, coffee shop, poolside...)

As part of the dynamic team, you'll be at the forefront of technology, developing full-stack solutions across various business domains. The tech stack primarily revolves around Python, leveraging frameworks like Django on the backend. With a serverless-first approach, they harness AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS to power their solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating within the backend engineering team to build cloud-native applications.
  • Utilizing AWS cloud services and Python frameworks for backend development.
  • Championing a serverless-first mindset in application design.
  • Engaging in agile practices alongside backend engineers and product designers.
  • Conceptualizing, building, testing, and releasing new features and experiments.
  • Contributing to code quality through pair programming and code reviews.
  • Addressing challenges of large-scale systems and data management.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Front-end, Platform, and Security.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Mid or Senior Software Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Python or a willingness to adapt.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Experience with version control tools like git.
  • Strong grasp of development best practices such as pair programming and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Eagerness to explore new technologies and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
