Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Python, React, AWS)

Job Description

Capital One is looking for a Senior Software Engineer interested in technology innovation. The role focuses on combining data with new technologies as part of Capital One's Enterprise Data Team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, and support full-stack technical solutions
• Stay updated on tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and mentor other engineers
• Work with digital product managers to create cloud-based solutions that enhance customer experiences
• Utilize languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, SQL, and Python, as well as various AWS tools

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, or Python
• 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
• 3+ years of experience in open source frameworks
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices

Salary Information

The annual salary range for the Senior Software Engineer position in San Francisco, California is between $174,900 and $199,700.
