Senior Python Developer

Role Description

This full-time position is for a Python Developer based in the Greater Glasgow Area. The Python Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software engineering, object-oriented programming (OOP), and database management. The role offers a hybrid work setup, allowing for flexible remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and OOP
• Proficiency in Web Programming concepts such as REST, OpenApi, 0Auth, HTTP
• Experience in developing and maintaining web applications for the Cloud
• Knowledge of common Python frameworks and libraries
• Event Driven messaging & streaming(MQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with SQL, ORM and database management systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial
