Senior Python Developer

Skills Needed

• Strong Python (80% of responsibilities)
• SQL experience (20% of responsibilities)
• Airflow experience
• Experience with data integrations to 3rd party applications
• Software engineering background would be preferred
• Independent consultant who can take on projects on their own, give status updates, engage with cross functional & engineering teams, proactive communication and good at sharing & hitting timelines

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing Python applications
• Strong fundamentals for developing REST APIs
• Experience working with public cloud (AWS, GCP) infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code tools (ex: Terraform, cloud formation etc.)
• Experience developing with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience working with databases (relations ex. Postgres or non-relational ex. Mongodb)

Pay Range: $60-75

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
