To support our Customer and Business Engineering Team, we are looking for a new: (Senior) Backend Software Developer Python (m/f/d) in Berlin or remote in Germany.

Your Tasks

• Design and implement data storage structures and scalable, distributed ETL pipelines.
• Maintain Microservices, monitor Data Pipelines and ETL processes.
• Develop and enhance internal reporting platform.
• Develop and design procedures, systems, and measurement tools to improve business processes.
• Identify and improve upon current internal processes through automation and optimization.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to define data models.
• Partner with stakeholders from across the organization to understand data requirements and business objectives.
• Help the organization grow and scale by enhancing customer engagement and automating user outreach.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Python.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and Database/Datawarehouse technologies.
• Proficiency with Cloud computing technologies and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Go, Java, Scala, or similar languages.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
