Requirements

Demonstrable experience working with complex data sets, preferably with prior experience in a financial setting.

Strong analysis skills to extract requirements from end users rather than work from a fixed spec.

Excellent Datamodelling capability.

A focus on automation and developing solutions that don't need hands-on work to repeat.
