Title: Python Developer

Duration: 06+ months contract (possible extension)

Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid)

Job Summary

Strong Python skills.
Writing from scratch and maintaining scripts to ingest various metadata on various storage platforms.
Integrate scripts within pipelines to create fully automated solutions.
Excellent knowledge of test case creation and implementation.
Creating end-to-end regression suites for APIs.
Google Cloud Storage (GCS) experience preferred.
Familiar with data platforms, ETL pipelines, and data analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills and self-driven.

Excellent expertise in Object-oriented programming Java.
Experience in distributed systems like Spark and Kafka.
Experience in Data Catalog tools like Datahub.
Good understanding of AWS Cloud (S3, RDS, IAM, Docker, Kubernetes).
Good experience with deployment tools like Terraform.
Understanding of version control like Git and CI/CD workflow.
Understanding of File formats like Parquet and Avro.
Very good at debugging and troubleshooting.
Good Communication and excellent collaboration skills to interact with internal customers for collecting requirements.
Ask the right questions to define the scope and requirements.
