Lead Machine Learning Engineer Role
- Work closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, Subject Matter Experts, and Solution Architecture teams.
- Focus on building a robust data platform and pipelines for advanced analytics.
- Develop AI/ML-based applications that impact customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Responsibilities of the Lead MLOps Engineer
- Lead Machine Learning projects from start to finish.
- Develop platform tooling for the Data Science team.
- Ensure the success of Machine Learning Operations outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solutions and platform tooling.
- Expertise in Spark SQL, PySpark, Python, and/or R programming.
- 5 or more years of professional experience in MLOps, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of modern security and networking principles.
Technical Knowledge
- Proficient in Python, PySpark, SQL, R Studio, and various Azure tools.
- Experience with Git, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and more.
- Strong background in software engineering best practices.
Education and Compensation
A foundational knowledge of Data Science is preferred, and a degree in a related field is a plus. Compensation and job title will be based on qualifications and experience.
