Chicago, IL - Hybrid - 3x on site and 2x remote

6 months contract to hire (must be eligible to convert to FTE after 6 months without sponsorship)

$65-85/hr. W2

Qualifications and Specifics

Looking for someone who is not a contractor, i.e., someone who has held a full-time role at least 80-90%
Must have experience leading a team of 4-5 engineers
MUST BE IN Chicago, no exceptions; no relocation available, on-site presence required 3x a week
Contract to hire opportunity
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Java, Python - 5-6 years of development experience
Experience with Lambda AWS in Python is a plus
UI skills preferred in Angular, React, and Typescript
