Senior Data Scientist

Job Description

We are collaborating with a healthcare startup specializing in utilizing clinical trial and survey data to drive innovation, improve patient outcomes, and optimize healthcare solutions. Currently, we are in search of an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team, focusing on analyzing behavioural data to enhance our understanding of customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Spearheading the development and application of advanced data science models and algorithms, utilizing clinical trial and survey data.
• Planning and executing intricate data analyses to uncover significant patterns, trends, and insights.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into existing products and services.
• Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually elevate data science capabilities.
• Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior members of the data science team.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with overarching business objectives.

Requirements:

• PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in handling behavioural data and modeling.
• Expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
