Job Description

Our client, a leader in the trade data sector, is seeking a Web Developer (Python) with a keen interest in machine learning and AI to develop and enhance their software solutions. This role involves not only traditional web development tasks but also designing and implementing AI-driven features and systems that streamline workflows and improve decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Strong Programming Skills: Excellent programming skills in Python, with a solid understanding of Python web frameworks.
• Keen interest and some experience in AI and Machine Learning: Demonstrated experience with machine learning, AI technologies, and implementing these in commercial applications.
• Full Stack Development: Proficient in full-stack development, including both front-end and back-end design and implementation.
• Database Management: Some experience with database technologies, both relational (such as PostgreSQL and MySQL) and NoSQL (such as MongoDB).

Responsibilities

• Software Development: Develop and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications using Python and other relevant technologies.
• AI and Machine Learning Integration: Utilize machine learning and AI to enhance the functionality and efficiency of applications, particularly in automating marketing, content management, and customer interactions.
• Chatbot Development: Create and oversee the deployment of chatbots to enhance customer service and support.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and report on the performance of AI systems, proposing improvements and innovations to maximize effectiveness.

Desired Experience

• Track Record in Full Stack Development: Proven track record of developing and managing full stack applications, preferably in environments utilizing AI and machine learning technologies.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing application performance both on the front-end and back-end.
