Role of Data Scientist in Deloitte's Team

The Data Scientist plays a crucial role in developing advanced analytics products, applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enhance mission outcomes. The role includes supporting various phases of analytic work product development, focusing on the interplay between data and business processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance Required
• 2+ years of experience in data science or analysis and programming languages such as Python, R, VBA; and query language like SQL
• 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies, data extraction, transformation, and loading, and a wide range of analytics techniques
• Ability to support a hybrid to full-time schedule onsite in the DC area
