Technology Lead - Python

Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Python Developer who will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Responsibilities include Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design, creating high level design artifacts, delivering high quality code deliverables, leading validation for testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Montreal, Quebec, or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualification

• At least 2 years of experience in coding and bug fixing of Python-based applications.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, etc.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Agile.
• No-SQL database experience in Mongo DB.
• Experience and knowledge of at least one of the following Document-based No-SQL DBs – MongoDB.
• Good knowledge about CI/CD Azure DevOps Pipelines.
