Job Description

• Position: Technical Lead Data Engineer, Python & SQL (Hybrid)
• Location: Charlotte, North Carolina OR Tempe, Arizona (Hybrid working 2 days onsite per week)
• Pay: About $87 - 91 per hour plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced knowledge of Data Engineering principles to design and implement data loading and aggregation frameworks.
• Gather and process various types of data using batch and real-time data processing frameworks.
• Implement and optimize data solutions in enterprise data warehouses and big data repositories.
• Drive new capabilities to meet the needs of the organization.
• Build enterprise systems using Databricks, Snowflake, and platforms like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
• Construct robust pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis using Python, Spark, SQL programming skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a data engineering role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark programming languages.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
• Knowledge of data lake and data warehouse solutions such as Databricks, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery.
• Implementation of CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and data management best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Snowflake) is a plus.
