Tech Lead/Senior Back End C Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of developers (3) in the design, development, and implementation of back end software applications built in C, Python and PHP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability of codebase
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience in application development using C , C++ or embedded C, Python, PHP, JQuery, SQL, Linux and RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

$140,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
