We are looking for a well-versed and passionate Staff Software Engineer for our Managed File Tokenization (MFT) team, which is responsible for mission-critical asynchronous file-base tokenization processing. This position will report to the Engineering Manager, MFT. We’re seeking individuals with an equal flair for creative problem solving, enthusiasm for new technologies, and desire to contribute to our product. Responsibilities
- Engage in all phases of the software lifecycle - design, implement, test, deploy, and support services in production
- Produce clear, detailed and actionable design documents, and architectural decisions with context, decision and tradeoffs
- Collaborate and communicate with Product, Customer Success team, Platform Engineering teams
- Maintain a culture of code quality through rigorous testing, automation, and code reviews
- Be proactive and innovative - we rely on your feedback to build a world-class product

Requirements
8+ years experience in hands-on python software development preferably in a product company. Hands-on experience in software architecture, design and development in a Cloud SaaS environment. Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK), CI/CD (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Argo), GitOps, Authentication and Authorization, APIs and API Gateway, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Python, Java. Strong experience or knowledge on AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EKS, MKS, KMS. Strong experience or knowledge of workflow / orchestration engines, preferably Airflow (AWS MWAA) and/or Dagster. Strong experience in Observability solutions using AWS Cloud Watch, Grafana, Prometheus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
