Sr. Software Engineering Manager (Hands-On Python & Remote) Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Participate in the design, development, and deployment of Python/Django applications
- Provide technical leadership to ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements aligned with business goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for technology stack enhancement
- Mentor and coach engineering team members for skill development and career growth
- Work closely with product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Sr. Software Engineering Manager (Hands-On Python & Remote) Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven hands-on technical leadership experience
- Extensive experience with Python and Django in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
