ADP is hiring a Senior Lead PySpark/Python Backend Application Developer (Python/GenAI/ML).

About the Role
- You will work within a Data Science & ML Engineering scrum team at ADP.
- Your role involves building AI/ML engines & pipelines to enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
- You will design and develop a scalable configuration and rules engine as part of the data science pipeline.
Key Requirements
- Expertise in Python with a strong portfolio of previous projects.
- Familiarity with software development stacks, frameworks, and tools such as PySpark, Numpy, Pandas, and more.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Open API, OAuth/OpenID connect, and distributed data platforms like Databricks.
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced machine learning business rules development.
- Design, implement, and deploy high-performing, scalable code using agile methodologies.
- Own and manage advanced business layer transformation projects.
- Continue learning and leveraging ADP data to create new products and services.
- Collaborate with global teams and present findings to leadership.
Qualifications
You will need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in-depth understanding of Python software development, advanced knowledge of SQL, experience with database systems, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Desirable Skills
Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools, hands-on experience with machine learning libraries, and familiarity with AWS services and NoSQL databases are beneficial.
Benefits and Compensation
The compensation for this role ranges from $86,900 to $233,010 per year. ADP offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, and Paid Time Off.
