Our client, a prominent player in the finance industry, committed to innovation and excellence seek an experienced front office technologist, with a strong proficiency in Excel and Python. As they revamp their desktop environment, they require an innovation lead to convert the backend Excel features to Python, whilst retaining a familiar front-end portfolio managers are familiar with.

Desktop Environment Specialist

• Take ownership of individual components within our suite of desktop tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance portfolio management capabilities.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing tools, ensuring optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• 3 to 10 years of experience in a relevant role within the finance industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Python, with exposure to compiled programming.
