Software Engineer - Python

Role and Responsibilities

You will engineer solutions and develop code to solve complex problems. Our software team is building a general purpose automation platform to support our product roadmap and R&D projects.

Software Engineer 1 Responsibilities:

• Writing quality code within a standard agile software development cycle
• Produce and communicate elegant solutions to meet technical requirements
• Follow generally accepted coding standards
• Code algorithms developed by the company’s Optical-Thermal researchers
• Writing automated tests
• Testing code unitarily as well as integration testing by understanding its interfaces with the broader system
• Writing automated tests

Qualifications

0-2 years of professional software engineering experience. You can show a track record of writing quality code. You know Python and understand the principles of building modular applications.
