Job Description

The Senior Data engineer will work directly with the Chief Data Architect and is responsible for design, development, test, deployment, and maintenance of data integration, warehouse, and datamart (ETL) solutions. This position will report directly to the Chief Data Architect as well as Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Building data pipelines
• Drive automation of repeatable data queries and integration tasks
• Develop data governance policies and procedures
• Develop and enforce data integration and quality standards across enterprise
• Assist in renovating data management infrastructure with documentation
• Tracking data consumption patterns
• Triage data issues, analyze data pipelines, and work with business users in resolving data pipeline issues
• Work in agile/DevOps project model alongside solution leads, data modelers, analysts, business partners and other users of enterprise data
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Mentor junior data engineers/developer

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience

7-12 years experience

Experience with Snowflake databases, AWS, SaaS, SQL, Python, data architecture is a MUST

Experience in Real Estate industry is a PLUS

Experience in PowerBI and PowerApps is a HUGE PLUS
