Description

Captivation Software is looking for a senior level signals processing engineer who will assist with daily responsibilities to support the program.

Responsibilities

  • Demodulate signals (and identify trends/patterns) from various sources including Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) devices
  • Responsible for developing demodulation algorithms for modern communication technologies
  • Deinterleave collected signals as necessary

Requirements

  • Security Clearance: Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
  • Minimum Qualifications: Ten (10) years experience as a DSP Algorithm developer is required. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university is required
  • Required Skills:
    • Experience with developing and implementing DSP algorithms
    • Fluency with basics of signals and how to process them including modulation, demodulation, filtering, and spectral analysis
    • Experience with MODERN communication and DSP technologies
    • Intermediate experience with MATLAB
    • Intermediate experience programming with C, C++, and Python
    • Intermediate experience with Linux
    • Background in image and signal processing, both algorithm design and implementation (image scaling, deinterlacing, deinterleaving, frame rate conversion)

Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
